Shipping

  • All orders are shipped within 2 business days after completion.

  • Most orders will be ship via Canada Post but in some cases can be ship via another carrier like Purolator, UPS, FedEx etc.  

  • All shipping prices are for base services with Canada Post and varies on the customer location.

  • If the buyer don't want to use Canada Post or want a faster shipment method, they can contact us to paid an extra fee for those services. 

  • All items are shipped in a protective manner to avoid any damages during delivery.

  • We do not offer free shipping due to shipment high cost.

  • Shipping prices combined automatically when items are added to your shopping cart.

Pickup

  • Orders can be pickup directly on appointment in Sorel-Tracy, QC where the online store is located.

  • Pickup is free and the customer must choose this option in the delivery method when checking out.

  • It's possible to schedule a pickup every day of the week until 7:00PM.
